Terms of Sale The licensed video and software Look n Learn (the "product") is provided by The LnL Trust trading as Look n Learn (the “Licensor”) to you under the terms and conditions set out in this end user licence. Copyright in the product is in our company and by downloading the product and or completing the registration process to become a user you (as customer or end user) expressly agree to be bound by this licence and these terms and conditions. Licence The Licensor grants to you a non transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product. This licence does not permit you to sell or otherwise provide copies of the product to any person or organisation. You are responsible for installing and using the product. The licensed product may be installed and used on your equipment for personal use only. All lessons must be downloaded in sequence. Licence Fee You must pay the licence fee prior to receipt of the products. Warranties and Liability The Licensor does not warrant that the product: (a) will operate completely free from errors; (b) is suitable for your requirements; or (c) will be fully operable on your equipment. The Licensor will replace free of charge any defective product if notified of that defect within 7 days after the commencement of this licence. The Licensor will not be liable and is released for any damage arising, whether directly or indirectly, from or in connection with the supply and or use of the product or for any breach of this licence. The liability is governed by the law of South Australia and this jurisdiction shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim and the parties will submit any dispute to arbitration in South Australia (Australia) as directed by the Licensor under the Commercial Arbitration Act and the arbitration shall be final as between the parties.
